  They provide a good service, if you spend money and travel with them. We travelled with Bus 2 Berms (other shuttle in Derby) and got some very poor service from Vertigo, once Vertigo they found out. Bus 2 Berms are up to 30% cheap and are really friendly. They gave a super tight group booking package but when we needed a hire bike, they actually referred us to Vertigo, so the love seems to be only one way! Seems competition in Derby is a dirt word with this crew, which is really sad. The trails here rock!
